The patented and Worldwide proven REBS TURBOLUB insert cartidges (TLEB-...) are used for the lubrication of roll neck bearings on work, intermediate and back-up rolls.

The exact division of the lubricant to the different friction points, antifriction bearings and radial seals, is done without any moving parts, i.e, free of wear.

The TURBOLUB cartridges are inserted into a hole bored in the chock and fixed by a locking screw.Their function is independent or their orientation. The connection to the system by either a flexible hose or by an automatic coupling is monitores like all mechanic parts, flow of oil, air and oil-air completely by the corresponding devices.

Satellite Version of TURBOLUB in Wire Rod and Medium Section Mills

The above scheme shows the application of a satellite system in a wire rod mill equipped with TURBOLUB oil-air-lubrication.
Even machinery parts distant from each other can be equipped in this manner with one common lubrication system.

The central station pressurizes one pressure line constantly at 80 to 100 bar.This line supplies fresh oil to the satellite units (SAT).Each SAT can work independly from the other. If required a system can be extendet with the addition of further SAT units is possible.

The drawing on the left shows the configuration of a SAT unit comprimising a progressive distributor with proximity switch, air filter and regulator, the oil-air mixing bar and the flow monitoring devices for the connected shocks.
