AUTOMATIC CHAIN LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Controls
The following different control methods can be selected depending on the operating conditions of the chain:
SGA Controls
For continuous chain lubrication switched on manually.Chain links of the working conveyor are lubricated one after the other until the lubrication system is manually switched off.
SGE Controls(-A1, -A2)
For starting the lubrication system simultaneously with the conveyor. All chain links are lubricated one after the other until the conveyor is switched off.
SGI Controls
For a continuous time controlled lubrication with adjustable interval. A pulse generator triggers one shot only to one link after the pause time has elapsed. After a time each chain links is lubricated.
SGB Controls * (-H, -Z)
For semi-automatic chain lubrication, manually switched on and with adjustable lubrication cycle. All chain linksof the working conveyor are lubricated one after
the other until the setting of the timer or the counter has elapsed and the lubrication is stopped.

*For pumps with solenoid coil for 24 v=1,5 A faster piston stroe can be performed by an increased voltage uo to 30 V =
** These depend on voltage tolerances and may vary
SGV Controls * (-H, -Z)
For automatics chain lubrication with adjustable interval and lubrication cycle. All chain of the working conveyor are lubricated during the lubrication cycle ara controlled either by timers or counters.
Rematic Controls*
(-SGV,-SGV-Z,-SGV-HZ,-SGV-H/VAR,-SGV-H/BT,
-MP-HH, RS 7000, RS 7000 L)
For chain lubrication adaptable to operating and customers conditions by programming (EPROM), e.g for variable chain speeds (SGV-H/VAR), lubrication of elevators (MP-HH), BLITZ-TANDEM for Power & Free conveyors SGV-H/BT), lubrication of bolts and casters etc.
SPS Controls * (renowned manufactured)
Programmable board for multiple control of chain lubricators in complex production plants.Detection of chain links by induction or capacitor proximity or optical switches .A chain link or a part assembled to the cahin can trigger either an opening or a closing signal.
